Maddington Toyota Sprintcar Series
Manders wins final, Kingshott wins the series
Kaiden Manders claimed the final round of the season at the Perth Motorplex on Saturday night.
He won the Maddington Toyota Grand Final from Dayne Kingshott and Callum Williamson which was round 23 of the 2025-26 Maddington Toyota Sprintcar Series.
While Manders won the feature, his fourth for the year, Kingshott claimed the series championship for the third year in a row.
Manders was second quickest in qualifying group two and took second in his heat race before winning the Revolution Racegear A Dash after starting from p2.
Kingshott was fourth in the qualifying group, setting up a win from p1 in his heat race and then racing from fourth to second in the A Dash.
Williamson, in his fourth appearance in the Diamond Bay Motorsport 26, was fourth quickest in qualifying group 3, then had a win from the front row in his heat race and was second in the B Dash.
The race start was marred when Jason Pryde spun in pits bend on the first lap which then involved Jaydee Dack and Kris Coyle.
Moments later there was another red light stop after an incident between Harrison Peet and Aaron Chircop.
On lap 20 Jye McKenzie spun in pits bend and was collected by Tom Hooper who had nowhere to go.
Mikey Green was fourth, after starting from p16, earning him the Kincrome Hard Charger award for the round.
Taylor Milling was fifth, after starting from p8, AJ Nash was sixth, after starting from p6, Pryde was 7th, from p10, Brad Maiolo was eight, after starting from p7, Coyle was ninth, after starting from p12 and then resuming from the rear after going to the work area, while Cameron McKenzie rounded out the top 10 after starting from p11.
Jack Williamson was out earlier, suffering serious engine issues before qualifying.
The second heat was marred by Cody Nash pushing hard into turn 1-2, crashing out, and involving Pryde and Inglis.
Coyle had a big flip in the Revolution Racegear B Dash, the first of the Merger Motorsport’s rapid repairs on the night.
